Terms of Service

blakeryan.co ("we," "us," "the Program") operates a 90-day YouTube mentorship program. By applying for, purchasing, or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Program.

The Program is a 90-day mentorship for building and scaling a faceless ultra-long-form YouTube channel. It includes 1-on-1 mentorship, access to a pre-monetised US YouTube channel delivered to your provided Gmail, access to our software tools (Produce.so and Vid.GG) for the duration of the Program, group calls, course content, and a private community. Access to the tools is granted for the duration of your active enrollment only. It is not a standalone or perpetual license.

Payment is processed externally through Whop. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Your enrollment is activated only after payment is confirmed and your account is manually approved by us. Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase.

We do not guarantee any specific income, monetisation, subscriber count, view count, or other results. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, niche, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any examples, testimonials, or figures shown are not promises or typical results. YouTube monetisation is governed by YouTube's own policies and approval, which we do not control.

We offer a conditional refund. You are eligible for a full refund ONLY if you meet EVERY ONE of the following conditions:

• Your channel is not monetised after the full 90-day Program period.
• You have completed 100% of the course content.
• You attended every single group call for every week of the Program.
• You checked in with Blake Ryan for a channel audit at least once per week for the entire Program.
• You uploaded every single day for the full 90-day Program using Produce, without missing a single upload.

Eligibility is verified at our sole discretion using our own records, including call attendance logs, audit check-in records, and Produce upload history. To claim, you must submit a refund request within 14 days after the end of your 90-day period. If you do not meet all conditions, you may still reach out to Blake Ryan directly, and refunds outside these conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Meeting the conditions is required for the guaranteed refund. Case-by-case requests are not guaranteed.

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute Program content, tools access, or the provided channel. You agree not to abuse, harass, or disrupt the community or other members. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms without refund.

All course content, tools, materials, and resources remain our property. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to access them for personal use during your enrollment only.

The pre-monetised YouTube channel is delivered to your provided Gmail. Once delivered and accessed by you, the channel and its compliance with YouTube's policies become your responsibility. We are not liable for actions taken by YouTube against your channel after delivery.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, abusive conduct, or chargeback/payment disputes. You may stop using the Program at any time, subject to the refund conditions above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes acceptance.
