This Privacy Policy explains how blakeryan.co ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you apply for or use the Program.

• Account and contact information: your name, email, and the Gmail address you provide for channel delivery.
• Application information: details you submit when applying.
• Billing information: processed and held by Whop, our external payment provider. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of your payment and basic account information from Whop.
• YouTube channel data: when you connect or submit your channel, we retrieve publicly available channel statistics (such as subscriber count, channel name, avatar, and recent videos) using third-party scraping infrastructure to display your stats inside the Program.
• Community content: messages, posts, comments, wins, questions, and images you submit inside the community.
• Usage data: standard analytics such as pages visited and basic device information.

We use your information to operate the Program, deliver your channel and tools, provide mentorship and support, run the community, process and verify enrollment, communicate with you (including announcements and notifications), and verify refund eligibility against the Program conditions.

We use third-party providers to operate the Program, including Whop (payments), our YouTube data/scraping infrastructure (for channel stats), email delivery services (for announcements and notifications), and our tools Produce.so and Vid.GG. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data they handle.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the Program, or where required by law.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the Program, verify refund eligibility, and comply with legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Note that some information may be retained where required for legal, billing, or refund-verification purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including server-side access controls on private and member-only data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Content you post in the community (messages, posts, comments, images) is visible to other active members and to admins. Do not post sensitive personal information you do not want shared.

The Program is intended for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes.
